Have your Own BLOG ; It's Simple

Internet users use the net for various purpose. I am not talking about those use it precisely for professional purposes, like one in Bank, Insurance or hotel or Airline booking services. I am talking of them who use it for surfing, socializing or just for seeking information. Many of them sometime ask me how to own a site or blog. It is so easy if they have a Google account. In fact for a lay man like me could never have so many blogs , had Google did not offer blogspot free domain initially to open one and everyone of us any number of blogs.

Well if you still have none, just open your Google account or Gmail box. If you don't have any , just have one. Enter into your Gmail account. On the top of it, left side, there are number options like Orkut, Gmail, calendar, Web , Documents and More. Click into the More option. Sooner you click , a drop down menus hang out. At the bottom of it find "even more"; there your journey ends. Click into it, another site opens, find blogger account. Then click enter and follow the directions; they are simple like give a name to your site or blog, choose the site's name ( find if your preferred one is available)and few more simple options like choosing a template for your blog. That's it. Now you can start blogging . Happy blogging.

His simplicity was eminent in is writing; that was best projected by famous film director Satyojit Roy in his internationally acclaimed films like ‘Pother Panchali’, ‘Aparajito’ et el.  At the age of 9, I read ‘Pother Panchali’. Though I was not matured, enough to comprehend its intrinsic message of the content but the very story left a pugmark in my mind. I became more interested about the author later. ...

The five stages of radical change are Planning, Enabling, Launching, Catalyzing and Maintaining. Enabling involves examining and analyzing next steps in a way that is easy to explain to team members/employees (Reardon et al, 1998). A leader in the Enabling stage of radical organizational change will need to be accessible and able to assist employees in the next steps in a practical way. Launching   stage requires a leader who ...
